Address in, a week of posts out, in about a minute.
Adding a listing
Go to Listings and add one. You can give it either an address or an MLS number; you do not need both. If you have the listing link handy you can paste that at the bottom, but it is optional.
MLS numbers are the more reliable of the two. An address has to be matched; an MLS number is exact.
What comes back
- Five posts: Just Listed, Open House, Pending, Just Sold, and a story post written from the one thing you noticed on the walkthrough.
- A designed cover card for each, on your brand, with your handle and license line.
- A five slide carousel, where each line is written to the photo sitting beside it.
Changing the words
Every line is editable, including the individual carousel slide lines. Edit first, approve second. What you approve is what gets designed, emailed, and posted.
