What we collect, and why.

Who we are
SoldSocial.app is done-for-you social media for real estate agents, operated by RB Collective. You can reach a human at hello@soldsocial.app.
This page describes what we collect, why, and who else touches it. If something here is unclear, write to us and we will answer plainly.
What we collect
Only what the product needs to do its job.
- Your details: name, email address, phone number, brokerage, market, and license numbers. License numbers are printed on your marketing because most states require it.
- Your brand: your website address, and the colors, fonts, logo and headshot we read from it, plus anything you upload to your media library.
- Your voice: the writing samples you paste during onboarding, used to make posts sound like you rather than like a template.
- Your listings: the addresses or MLS numbers you enter, and the listing data and photos we retrieve for them.
- Publishing permissions: if you connect a social account, the access tokens needed to post on your behalf. We never receive your social passwords.
- Basic technical data: your session cookie, and ordinary server logs.
We do not collect payment card details. If and when you buy a plan, payment is handled by our payment processor and card numbers never reach our servers.
Why we use it
- To write, design, and schedule your posts, and to publish them once you approve them.
- To watch the listings you add and tell you when their status changes.
- To keep you signed in, and to let an assistant you invite work inside your account.
- To email you the things you asked for, and occasionally about the product itself.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We do not use your writing samples to train anyone else's model, and your content is not used to produce posts for another agent.
Who else touches it
We use a small number of service providers to run the product. Each one only receives what it needs.
- Our hosting and database providers, to run the site and store your account.
- Anthropic, to generate the writing. Your profile, voice samples, and listing details are sent so that the posts sound like you.
- Our email provider, to send you sign-in links and the posts you asked for.
- Our publishing provider, to post to the social accounts you have connected.
- A payment processor, if you buy a plan.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account, and for a reasonable period afterwards so that you can come back. Ask us to delete your account and we will delete your profile, your voice samples, your uploaded media, and your generated posts. Some records are kept where the law requires it.
Your choices
Write to hello@soldsocial.app and we will export your data, correct it, or delete it. You can disconnect any social account at any time, which immediately revokes our ability to post for you. You can unsubscribe from product email without losing your account.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your personal information. Ask and we will honor them.
Security, honestly stated
Sign-in is by emailed link rather than a password, so there is no password of yours for us to lose. Traffic is encrypted. Access to production data is limited to the people who run the product.
No service can promise perfect security. If we ever have a breach that affects you, we will tell you what happened and what we are doing about it.
Changes
We will update this page when the product changes, and we will move the date at the top. Last updated September 3, 2026.
