The terms, in plain words.

The short version

These terms cover your use of SoldSocial.app, operated by RB Collective. Using the service means you accept them. If you do not, do not use it.

Your account

You need to be a real person, old enough to enter a contract, and entitled to market the listings you put into the product. Sign-in links are personal. If you want someone else working in your account, invite them as a seat rather than sharing a link.

Your content is yours

The posts, images, and copy the product produces for you are yours to use. You give us permission to store and process your material only so far as is needed to run the service for you.

Listing photos and data usually belong to the MLS, the photographer, or the brokerage. You are responsible for having the right to use them, exactly as you would be if you posted them yourself.

What is still your job

Nothing publishes without your approval, so what goes out is what you approved.

• Read every post before you approve it. The writing is generated and can be wrong.
• Check the facts: price, square footage, status, and anything that came from the MLS.
• Comply with fair housing law, your state's advertising rules, and your brokerage's policies. We build guardrails into the writing, but the license on the post is yours.
• Keep your license numbers and disclaimers current.

Paying and cancelling

Plans are billed either monthly or annually, in advance. Month-to-month cancels in one click and runs to the end of the period you paid for. A founding annual rate stays at the price you signed up at for as long as the subscription runs continuously.

We do not charge a setup fee and we will not make you telephone anyone to cancel.

What we do not promise

We do not promise that posting will win you listings, and nothing on this site is a guarantee of results. We depend on third parties, including the MLS feeds and the social platforms, and those can change or break in ways we do not control.

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem.

Ending it

You can stop at any time. We can suspend an account that is being used to break the law, to publish discriminatory advertising, or to abuse the service. If we ever do that, we will tell you why. Questions about any of this go to hello@soldsocial.app.

Changes

If we change these terms materially we will say so before the change applies to you. Last updated September 3, 2026.
