About five minutes, from your phone. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and your Google Business Profile, on your brand, in your voice. Then you watch your own feed and answer the people who turn up. The agent they keep seeing is the agent they call.

No listing right now?

That is the week this matters most. Listings go to the agent people already see, so the quiet weeks are the ones that decide the busy ones.

Every week, listing or not

What your market actually did last month, in your numbers, on your brand.

Your streets

The neighborhood posts that make you the person who knows this pocket of town.

The question you keep answering

The thing five clients asked you this month, answered once, in public, in your voice.

Five posts a week whether or not anything is under contract. Then the day you do take a listing, the feed you have been building is already warm.

No. 01

The listing nobody knew you sold.

01

You did all of it

You talked them into the price. You handled the inspection that nearly killed it. You drove back out on a Sunday because the buyer's agent could not read a lockbox code. Then it closed.

02

And then it disappeared

No post. Nothing on the Business Profile. Six weeks later the seller two streets over is deciding who to call, and nothing in their feed says you were ever there.

03

The agent they call is not better than you

They are just visible. They posted the Just Sold you were too busy to write, and that is the entire difference.

No. 02

It posts the ones you forget.

01

Everybody posts the Just Listed

It is the easy one. The listing is new, you are excited, the photos just came back from the photographer. That post almost always goes out.

02

Almost nobody posts the Just Sold

By then you are three deals deep and the closing was two weeks ago. So the one post that proves you actually sell houses, the one a seller is looking for when they decide who to call, never gets written.

03

So we watch the listing instead of asking you to remember

Every listing you add is read against the MLS. The day it flips to pending, the Pending post is already in your queue. The day it closes, the Just Sold is sitting there too, written in your voice, on your brand, waiting on one yes.

No. 03

Set up once. Show up every day.

01

Paste your website

We read it and build your profile: your name, market, brokerage, headshot, brand colors, and how you actually write. Two minutes. Want a different look? Name three brands you love and we design three options on the spot. If you would never say "dream home," neither will we.

02

Type the address or MLS number

Zillow, Redfin, your brokerage page, or just the MLS number. The photos, price, and details come straight from the MLS. You get Just Listed, Open House, Pending, and Just Sold, a story post, and a five-slide carousel, each on a different listing photo, all in your voice.

03

Approve. Then it watches the MLS for you.

Everything lands in a queue before it goes live; nothing posts without your yes. And every listing you add is watched. The day it goes pending, the Pending post is sitting in your queue. The day it closes, the Just Sold is there. Price drop, same thing. You never have to remember.

The whole point

You already know these streets. We make sure they know you.

Day 5, the story post for this house, unedited:

"The thing I keep thinking about at 15516 NE 53rd is the ceiling. You come through the door and the room just keeps going up, past the loft rail, all the way to the second floor. Light comes down into the living room from windows you cannot see from the couch. Five bedrooms, five baths, 4,254 square feet, and it still feels calm rather than cavernous, which is harder to pull off than it sounds. If you want to stand under it yourself, send me a message."

jordan.avery.homes Two complete homes, one address, and a floor plan that actually gets that right. Just listed at 15516 NE 53rd Place in Redmond: 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, 4,254 square feet, plus a fully independent ADU with its own entrance and kitchen. Twenty foot ceilings pull the tree canopy right into the main living area.

Come see what twenty foot ceilings do to a room full of afternoon light. I'll be at 15516 NE 53rd Place on Saturday from 1 to 4 to walk you through the main house and the ADU. The covered outdoor living space with the stone fireplace is worth the trip on its own.

jordan.avery.homes Sold. 15516 NE 53rd Place has a new owner, and I could not be happier for them. Two complete homes at one address, twenty foot ceilings, three primary suites. This was a special one to work, and I'm glad it landed with someone who will use every bit of it.

I walked into the main living room here and stopped for a second before I said anything. The ceilings go up two full stories and the windows run right along with them, so what you get first is not a room, it's a wall of tree canopy and afternoon light. Downstairs the layout does something I don't see often: it lets the quiet spaces stay quiet and the gathering spaces stay lively, without either one feeling cut off.

Every word above came out of the engine on one address, in this agent's voice. The only thing they did was read it and tap yes.

These are the same numbers from the same engine, on the same day. Different agent, different brand kit: your colors, your fonts, your logo, your headshot, your voice. Not one template in two colorways. Set during onboarding, applied to everything, forever.

And two agents in the same market never get the same combination. Your feed should compete with the other agents in town, not match them.

Sample brands, built to show the range. Yours is read off your own website.
