Getting started

What SoldSocial does, and the ten minutes it needs from you before it is useful.

What it actually does

You give SoldSocial an address or an MLS number. It pulls the photos, price, beds, baths, square footage, and the listing remarks, then writes the whole arc of posts for that listing: Just Listed, Open House, Pending, Just Sold, and a story post. It designs them on your brand and puts them in your queue.

Then it watches the listing. When the status changes on the MLS, the matching post is already written and waiting. That is the part almost every agent forgets, and it is the post that wins the next listing.

The ten minutes it needs

Onboarding asks for three things. Do it once and every post afterwards is shaped by it.

  1. 1Who you are: your name, brokerage, market, and license number. The license number prints on the cards, which most states require.
  2. 2How you sound: paste two or three things you actually wrote. A text to a client, an old post, an email. Do not clean them up. The typos and tangents are the part we learn from.
  3. 3How it looks: give us your website and we read your colors, your type, and your logo straight off it. You can override any of it, including pasting hex codes.
